The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Elizabeth Moreira, Elizabeth Moreira for Congress, refunded $100 to Michael Pinto on Sept. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Elizabeth Moreira for Congress has refunded $100 total since April 1.
