How is self-care different when you’re experiencing microaggressions, discrimination, prejudice, and more?

Trauma-related to your racial and/or ethnic identity can be different than other traumatic experiences; therefore, how to take care of yourself and seek healing may also need to change.

Join us as we explore these differences, make space to take care of ourselves, and learn how we can support others in their healing process. Ginger is currently an adjunct faculty at Mt. SAC in the Psychology department while she also manages a full-time private practice as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in treating trauma among people of color and the LGBTQ+ community.
