On Sunday, Feb. 23, former South Hills High School standouts Christian Gomez and Dylan Esquival’s current college team, the Cal Poly Pomona Broncos, won 11-10 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Cal State Monterey Bay Otters.

The game took place at Scolinos Baseball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Otters this season.

The Broncos’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. at Nettleton Stadium against Chico State Wildcats.
