On Thursday, Feb. 27, former South Hills High School standout Kayla Sigala’s current college team, the Syracuse Orange, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens.

The game took place at Delaware Softball Diamond. This was their first matchup against the Fightin’ Blue Hens this season.

The Orange’s next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 12:15 p.m. at Delaware Softball Diamond against Quinnipiac Bobcats.
