On Saturday, March 15, former Bishop Amat High School standout Jake Hernandez’s current college team, the La Verne Leopards, won 14-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Franklin & Marshall Diplomats.

The game took place at Ben Hines Field. This was their sixth matchup against the Diplomats this season.

The Leopards’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 3 p.m. at Ben Hines Field against Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens.
