On Saturday, March 1, former South Hills High School standout Alexus Corona’s current college team, the Azusa Pacific Cougars, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Chaminade Silverswords.

The game took place at Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park. This was their fifth matchup against the Silverswords this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 12 p.m. at Vulcan Softball Field against Hawaii–Hilo Vulcans.
