On Wednesday, April 9, former South Hills High School standout Kayla Sigala’s current college team, the Syracuse Orange, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Cornell Big Red.

The game took place at Niemand Robison Field. This was their first matchup against the Big Red this season.

The Orange’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Palmer Park against Virginia Cavaliers.
