On Tuesday, March 25, former South Hills High School standout Alexis Lemus’ current college team, the Mercy Mavericks, won 8-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans.
The game took place at Spartan Field. This was their second matchup against the Spartans this season.
The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 27 at 2:30 p.m. at Smith Field against New Haven Chargers.
