On Friday, March 13, the Cal Poly Pomona Broncos, whose roster includes former Walnut High School basketball standout Jolleen Olia, secured a 56-54 victory over the Azusa Pacific Cougars in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

Nicholson Arena served as the venue for this contest, which began at 12 p.m. and marked the Broncos’ first tournament face-off with the Cougars.

The Cal Poly Pomona Broncos are scheduled to play their next tournament game on Saturday, March 14 at 5 p.m. in Nicholson Arena.
