On Monday, Feb. 24, former South Hills High School standout Audrey Gallegos’ current college team, the UTEP Miners, lost 6-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Texas Tech Lady Raiders.

The game took place at Rocky Johnson Field. This was their second matchup against the Lady Raiders this season.

The Miners’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 4 p.m. at Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium against Arizona State Sun Devils.
